Thank you for choosing Underwater Sports for your Re-Activate Course instruction.  We hope that you are as excited to begin your new adventure as we are to have you as a student! You should have your class schedule, if not, please contact the store location that you are taking your course for that information.

Academics:

The required material for this course is the PADI re-activate E-Leaning program. You should be receiving an e-mail from PADI with a link to this online program.  Sometimes this e-mail ends up in the junk folder. Having this course work completed before class is extremely important. Also, please complete the forms section and upload a photo into your PADI account.

Forms & Medical History:

Under the forms section you will find all documents that are needed to be filled out. ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO CLASS! Please follow the directions on the form to determine if you will need a physician’s signature prior to your SCUBA certification class. If a physician’s approval is required and you are not able to obtain one prior to the first day of class, we will need to reschedule your class for a later date. 

Please be sure to bring a copy of your document showing your are a certified diver.

Equipment:
You are welcome to bring any personal gear that you would like. There is no additional charge for any gear that we provide you, if you wish not to bring gear.

For this class, you will need a mask, snorkel and fins. If you need to be fitted, please arrive 20 minutes before class so our sales associates can make sure you have properly fitting gear.
